Products and Orders

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Some products are made to order or custom built, and production begins after purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and payment is required at checkout. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only considered for items that arrive damaged or defective and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Use and Liability

Products must be used responsibly and according to instructions. No electrical outlets or power sources are included unless explicitly stated. Salinas Global Tech is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modification.

Intellectual Property

All website content and product designs are the property of Salinas Global Tech and may not be used without written permission.
