RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Salinas Global Tech, many of our products are custom built or made to order. Because of this, all sales are final.

Returns or refunds are only considered if the product arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Approved claims may result in a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect measurements or expectations

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
